Prof. Rania Abu Seir, Professor of Hematology, is the Acting Executive Director of PAMA in the USA and Country Director in Palestine. With extensive experience in healthcare and leadership, she oversees fundraising, partnerships, and program implementation to expand access to quality care and improve health outcomes for Palestinians. Dedicated and collaborative, she is committed to building bridges and leading initiatives that deliver lasting impact. Prof. Abu Seir serves on the Boards of Directors of key hospitals in East Jerusalem, is an active member of several international scientific organizations, and has represented Palestine at numerous global conferences.
